There are not many passenger trains that run in these parts anymore. My wife absolutely loves trains, though...so whenever we get a chance to ride, we do. There are 2 that we have been on here in Ohio. The Cuyahoga Valley National park train that runs 26 miles through the national park and this one mentioned above in the title. We have been on this one several times, actually. It runs down a private line for about an hour, they decouple the engine and recouple it and go back another hour. There is a stop at a university where they a have a historic recreated pioneer village for restroom breaks and leg stretching.
