How's weather at your place?

Hot. High 90s, and no significant rain. Our weather service says our general area is considered to be in severe drought status, the worst in a long time. I've been starting my bike rides early in the morning while it is still dark and the temperature is comfortable.

I thought i would be thorough :D

We had a country-wide 'weather alert' yesterday, but it passed me by completely. Other parts of the country had to deal with heavy winds and rain.
Temperatures seem to be varying between 20C during the week and 30C on the weekend.

Wet, in a word.

About as much rain fell in a few hours last night as one would normally expect in a month. I slept through it and woke up to find an unexpected big puddle in the back garden. That's something we normally associate with long periods of wet weather in January and February.

More heavy rain due later. Super.

To do those in the Big Bend area of Florida, please take appropriate precautions and consider evacuation if you are near the coast.

This storm is going to have a surge of historic proportions.

The rain has finally arrived. The past 3 days have been considerably cooler, with a near steady light rain increasing to a moderate and even heavy shower from time to time. Unfortunately, we are expecting heavy rain this afternoon, the kind that causes flash floods.

While it might officially be spring here, it rained hard all day yesterday and is still raining now with more expected tomorrow as well.

It was 8 Deg C when I woke up and has crept to 10° now. Everybody's in winter clothes!
