But, somehow they managed to get the images? We desire this or that type of camera with many differing lenses and super high shutter speeds with image stabilisation to achieve what these guy just took for granted. They worked with what was available? It's not about the camera, it's the man behind the camera, or lady?

Not too sure about that, either - it's the one image that became iconic that shows her sitting on top of a truck, but some of her images are up close and personal - I think she went in for carrying that huge box ... It's definitely no point and shoot ...
