Thanks, John.Hope your back gets better, and soon, Keith.

That's not good to hear that health concerns are starting to limit your photography, Chris. Hopefully you can get that checked or reversed.Yeah, that's one of the blessings (?) of getting older. The things that start not working as well as they once did.
I won't bore you with the details, but they are starting to interfere with photography which is a major concern.
Thus the non-meetup with Andrew on Wednesday. By the time he was able to break free, I was done.
Cheers,
I thought of tagging you too, but you're right that a 3+ hour round trip would make it a difficult proposition. But if you're ever up in the Seattle area, feel free to reach out.I have a three and a half hour minimum each way from Astoria so even future meetups would be doubtful. Maybe we can get one in PDX.
Make it happen, Chris!I love the idea. I know we’ve got a growing few folks in Minnesota. Maybe we’ll have to start the northern midwestern chapter of this and get something going.
Not 3+ hour rpund trip, 3+ hour each way, 7+ hour round trip. 3+ hour round trip is less than the round trip to PDX and I do that easily. Hopefully something will stat up and we can get together for some healthy BS, er, discussion. ;o)I thought of tagging you too, but you're right that a 3+ hour round trip would make it a difficult proposition. I'd love it if this aborted meet-up were to inspire others. I'm not sure how many other folks here are in the northwest Oregon or southwest Washington area, but I assume there must be some. I'd consider a drive down to Portland to meet some Cameraderians.

Sorry, I meant to say each way. I've done the SEA to PDX drive enough times to know better. I still recall with dread one Friday evening when it was a six hour traffic jam.Not 3+ hour rpund trip, 3+ hour each way, 7+ hour round trip. 3+ hour round trip is less than the round trip to PDX and I do that easily. Our spare bedroom has turned back into a spare bedroom, mostly thanks to the efforts of SWMBO.Make it happen, Chris!
If we can get some meet-ups off the ground maybe I'll take a page from Jules in Pulp Fiction and just walk the earth like Caine, meet Cameraderians, and get into adventures.
Anyone have a couch I can sleep on? (It's gotta be a comfy one, I have a bad back.)
