We decided to get away for a couple of nights between Christmas and New Year and drove down to the coast, we had beautiful weather with blue skies, sunshine and even though cold and windy it was good fresh air especially as the rest of the country was suffering fog, ice and further north snow.

I limited my equipment to just the XT2 + 16-55 and 55-200 and they performed perfectly and allowed me to capture some images I am happy with.

Thanks Ernie, we were very lucky as we avoided the fog & icy roads that were wide spread across the SW.

Thanks Stu, it was quite cold but not as bad as the rest of the SW where they had lots of fog and black ice so we were very lucky.
