That looks very intense! How were you able to capture the blurring effect without the fog interfering with the shot?

Thank you! Well, I cheated a little bit... there actually was an underground steam vent right there at the street corner. I positioned myself behind the vent to allow the steam to billow in front of me. Then I waited until something interesting happened, either people or vehicles.
