Columbus Museum of Art in Ohio had an exhibit that I found interesting. Snapped some pics that I thought might interest those. Never heard of her before until this showing.

Interesting, Andrew. I had never heard of her either.

However, another female artist, Georgia O'Keeffe, has certainly influenced my own photography.

Really appreciated you sharing that. I’ve often been influenced by Dorothea Lange.

Probably where I got my drive to do documentary, photojournalism and my love of monochrome.

She influenced me too. Can't remember the name of the group of photographers who documented the effects of the great depression on (particularly) the already poor in the USA, but she was one of them.

Terribly moving photographs.

What Georgia O'Keeffe showed me was that almost infinitesimally small objects can contain intricate and interesting detail, which she captured in her paintings of (particularly) flowers.

This has informed my photography since the early 2000s.
