What I'm really interested in is who is going to buy the chemistry, paper, and film interests, especially the chemistry. HC 110 is my favorite film developer, especially for 120 and larger negs, and has been for years. I'd hate to see it go the way of Plus-X, about which I have (probably unrealistic) hopes of a resurrection under a different company.

Kodak have said that film and chemistry manufacturing will be retained.
They haven't made paper for years
