Beautiful pictures as always Paul.
Well for that to happen you must be fit/ active in some shape or form, so could be worse.View attachment 360904
Another rather pedestrian image .... now nursing a seized glute so stuck home for a week!

And people say 14mm is too wide! Excellent shot. Fantastic feeling of size and grandeur.Revisited Lichfield Cathedral today. An opportunity to test the Sigma 14-24mm f2.8 which I've had for a while.

Thank you. I was chatting to a bloke who was having a 'new lens day' of his own with a Canon Tilt Shift 24mm. Bit of GAS creeping in but I don't think the non-L versions are particularly stellar performers. And people say 14mm is too wide! Excellent shot. Fantastic feeling of size and grandeur.
14mm isn’t too wide for me! I’m looking to grab the 10-24 for my X-T3 soon, and that’s roughly 15mm at the wide end. I’m a sucker for a good UWA.And people say 14mm is too wide! Excellent shot. Fantastic feeling of size and grandeur.
I love my XF10-24. Would have given my eye teeth to have it when I was in London last year. You do need to be careful about perspective distortion on the wide end.14mm isn’t too wide for me! I do have a perspective correction app (DxO Viewpoint) that makes quick work of it. That said, I often use UWA on landscapes, where you can usually get away with some distortion and only need to check your horizon.I love my XF10-24. Line up your shots carefully or you will be spending a lot of time correcting the shots.
For what it's worth, the Fuji X-mount 14mm prime is absolutely excellent. 14mm on a Full frame would be extremely wide, yes, but on a crop factor it's really nice for many applications14mm isn’t too wide for me!
