So what's the time line? Are you going to be able to "try before you buy"? From what I've seen, and I am not a technophile as you all know, the NEX7 looks to have a tremendous amount going for it.

The NEX-7 will probably be available in December. I think I will wait until January when Samsung will announce their NX20 - I think it will be competitive with the NEX-7. If it's good enough, I will probably go the Samsung route because I'm not thrilled by Sony's lens roadmap. Samsung lenses, on the other hand, are cheap and excellent.
