Leica Leica D-Lux6 macro - ball bearing

I found this small ball bearing, approx. 2.5 mm diameter (but looks smaller), when it fell onto the floor from who-knows-where. I was curious whether it had any particular topographical features, or was merely a smooth globe, indicating the origin perhaps. It looks smooth in this Leica D-Lux6 macro, enough to reflect the photographer. f2.8, 1/100 handheld, ISO 80.

Any of your lenses missing the click from the click-stops? Looks like a bearing used for click stops.

The only Leica lens I have is the Noctilux 0.95, and that checks out OK. The others I don't worry about, but it'll be interesting when I get a surprise with whatever it is.
