M9 + CV 21/4 Skopar (not a HDR photo)

My niece's little dog Sandy. Cute doggie. Wishing she was on the other side of the lake. Neighbors across the lake have two dogs.

I generally don't look into this thread as I suffer badly from envy and covetousness, but those shots, sparth, are really splendid

;) I agree, Paul...and those two attributes aren't our finest, are they?

I console myself that I'd never be able to manually focus, so I don't have to lust...I can just enjoy everyone's Leica M images.:drinks:

I've missed hanging out here - but sadly I have to submit a big piece of work to Uni on Friday; so this is a flying visit.
New lens in the post arrived today, very good excuse for a bit of a break.

I think this will constitute a fairly permanent two lens kit.

M8 + Zeiss 28/2.8 ZM Biogon
ISO 320 - f2.8 - plus 1/3 stop + half a sec exposure
a few adjs in LR3
(pity the boat in the foreground was moving so fast)
(I kept the moon)

just for interest, (I'm not trying to conclude anything) - both taken from similar distance, (off Waterloo Bridge - maybe a little nearer with the M8) - M8 is effective 35mm and EP-1 is effective 40mm - so similar

EP-1 - PL 20mm ISO 500 - f1.7 - plus 2/3stop - 1/20th sec exposure
cropped to 16 x 9
