Leica Leica X (typ 113) and X Vario (typ 107)

I went out into the garden this morning with my X and X Vario to compare their macro capabilities. Of course the X Vario will yield higher magnification ratios as its closest focus is at the long end of the zoom range, which is double the focal length of the X 113. So here are three shots with the same subject matter, at or near MFD, X Vario at 70mm (equiv) and both at ISO 1600, OOC JPEG.
