Lightroom (Desktop cloud-based) seems to be fully synced but blue circle keeps spinning

I have this posted on Lightroom Queen but I thought I would also look here for advice from this friendly community. I know a lot of people here have a lot of experience with Adobe products.

Just to get us around Adobes naming scheme let me try and be clear about what version of LR I am talking about:
Lightroom Desktop (cloud based) not Lightroom Classic.

LR version: 7.5 arm64 [ 20240801-2320-5b173a1 ] (Aug 2 2024)
System: MacBook Pro M1Pro, 16GB, Sonoma 14.6.1 (23G93)

Lightroom Desktop (cloud-based) indicates that is syncing (blue spinning circle on cloud icon). However it has had plenty of time to finish and when I filter for photos that have not yet synced I get the "Black Hole" message indicating that all of my photos are synchronized. This has gone on for several days.

Troubleshooting steps so far:
Paused and restarted syncing.
Paused syncing. cleared cache, restarted syncing.
Paused syncing, signed out, closed LR, opened LR, signed in, started syncing.
Closed Lightroom (fully closed not running in background) and restarted.

Additional information:
I have plenty of available cloud storage.
I have plenty of available local storage.
My Internet connection is strong.
iPhone and iPad indicate that they are synced.
Most recent pictures are available on all devices and web.

Nothing so far has stopped the little blue circle on the cloud icon from spinning.
Any advice from the community before I reach out to Adobe?

If you haven't, I'd try closing all adobe software and restarting the computer.
Well I had done that with all of the Adobe applications except Creative Cloud (always running in the background). Your post gave me hope. Alas, to no avail. Closed all Adobe Apps including Creative Cloud. Rebooted. The Lightroom perpetual spinning circle remains.

The final solution:

It seems that sometimes something goes wrong in the process of deleting a photo. When that happens nothing will show up when you filter for photos that are not yet synced (presumably because LR does not return results from the trash folder). However, it will cause LR to continuously indicate that it is trying to sync.

The solution is to permanently delete the stuck photo. If you are luck enough to notice the problem right after it starts you might have an idea what photo, or at least group of photos caused the problem. I however had 744 photos in the trash with no idea what photo was causing the problem. In my case I knew that I didn't need to recover anything so I just emptied the trash. Like magic the little blue circle that had been spinning for over a week just went away.

Thanks to those that replied or gave this some thought. I hope that posting the solution here it helps someone in the future.
