Nice work, Bobby. I suspect flooding will be become more and more typical in many parts of the country and world as climate change advances. In many areas already, what used to be 100-year storms have become 25-year storms.

Thank you.

I suspect that you are correct. We have a marker here showing the worst flood levels, since recording that data at least. The worst flood was in 1937. But there are several years since then on the marker.

Great reflections!
(See - there's always a plus side!)
Hope nobody was hurt.

Weather patterns are indeed interesting I'm originally from Cape Town (South Africa) where they've had a drought for the last 3+ years. Water is predicted to 'run out' in April this year. Then water will be trucked in.
We now live in NW UK. We are currently experiencing probably the worst heavy snowstorms in years.

Thank you!

I wonder how much we truly know about weather patterns and changes in them. There could be cycles we are not aware which happen over hundreds of years.
