Leica ltm adapter is stuck on M 4/3 adapter

Hi,
My CV 28/50 ltm to M adapter is stuck on the M 4/3 adapter. How can I unscrew the CV adapter off the M 4/3 adapter?

have you try using either a rubber gloves or just a rubber band to give you a little more friction when trying to turn the adapter loose from the M4./3 adapter>?

I wiggled the adapter back and forth, and it came off the M 4/3 adapter (it locked up twice).
