The $298 deal for the LX7 is still going at Amazon. Just make sure you select Amazon as the seller - even if a third-party seller is featured on the main LX7 page. But the catch now, as of today (Wednesday, May 15), is that Amazon is out of LX7 stock and it says "usually ships in 1-2 months" in your cart after adding it.

I've had good luck with refurbs...mostly. I always look for full warranty.
