I have decided that I do too little macro to justify keeping the 60mm, especially since it's other role - as a short tele and portrait lens - has now been taken in my camera bag by the 56mm.
However. I do like a bit of macro occasionally, so I have spent just under £100 on an Olympus 50mm macro lens and a set of "Aico" extension tubes - 13, 21 and 31mm giving me, if my calculations are correct, roughly 3/4, a bit under, and a bit over 1:1 magnification.
The first two shots here are sans extension tube, the last with the 31mm. All are SOOC and were hand-held.
