A few updates and maintenance tasks are starting to get backlogged so this Sunday, July 25, I'll be working on the To Do list.

At the moment I'm planning on starting around 7:00PM EST and expect to take about 6 hours.

It's about 10:30PM Eastern time and we're back online. Lots of changes tonight behind-the-scenes so please let me know if you see anything weird, in particular if you see any recent attachments that aren't showing for you.

For our non-USA members, page loads should be faster for you now. All attachments are now being served from the Amazon AWS "CloudFront" service. This means images will now load from a server that is physically closest to you instead of loading from our server in the US.

It was brought to my attention by @MoonMind of some issues with some avatars not showing so we've tweaked a few things. The switch to using the CDN is a big (like monster sized *big* ) 'behind-the-scenes' change so please let us know if anybody notices anything weird.
