MAS = Museum by the Stream (Scheldt)

A kind of special looking building. Worth a visit on its own, plus there's access to the observation platform on the roof where you get a great view of the city and the Scheldt.

It's not the same I know, but I'm reminded of the A'Dam building in Amsterdam when I see those images (nice one).
