BB, I do believe it is for dating of sorts.
I saw similar trailers in Germany near the bases my daughter was stationed at. I did a series of portraits of the young woman who owned and worked the trailers.
Of course I didn't do any business with them, afterall, I uh..uh....
Not that there's anything wrong with that....
