I just bought a Leica Monochrom and also own an M8.2, which I will keep for color work.
I am not new to photograpny, but am new to working with digital images. With that in mind, I'd like some recommendations for a monitor that is both easy to calibrate for color accuracy, but more importantly one that will be good for working in black and white.
The research I've done so far suggests an Eizo, either the ColorEdge or Flezscan series. I've also heard good things about NEC. My hope is to spend less than $1500 on a 22 to 24" monitor that has automated calibration.
Any recommendations or advice?
