I bought a Nikon to go with my Canon lens. All shows at F0.95.

It's a delight to see that lens on that body.

But even more so to see what you are able to do with it.

Maybe I'll just leave the Canon 50/0.95 on this camera forever and buy another one.

Canon 50/0.95, wide-open.

My hit rate with the Canon 50/0.95 on the the Z5, second day using it, is close to what I get on the M9 using the 75/1.25. "About" the same DOF. 70% of shots of the skaters lit by Disco lights, much higher than using the Df. The finder is as bright as the optical finder of the M9 and M Monochrom. The Focus Peaking is "kind of like" using a split-image rangefinder. It's edge-detection, would have been fun writing the firmware for this camera. I did edge-detection algorithms 40 years ago.

I just picked up another. Quite a deal nowadays on the used market. All the Gen1 Z bodies for that matter.
