Post in thread 'The Fujifilm X series image thread.' Fuji - The Fujifilm X series image thread.
I'd like to nominate Arturo (@Aviator's) umbrella-themed series in the "Street photography (Image thread)" thread.
All five images are worthy, but I think the second one, titled "Parejas debajo de paraguas", is my favorite.

7Artisans 50mm f1.1 beautifully intimate capture. The OOF ladies either side just make the shot that extra special. Makes your eye go straight to the centre .cameraderie.org
I got the biggest surprise seeing this pop up on the home page - thank you so much @Herbert HoundI think @Irene McC's "bubbles" is well worth a place at the top table!
Thank you very much, I was just lucky to be there.I LOVE THIS IMAGE posted by @anaesmatt in the “Seen while strolling… “ #9817
The timing is perfect. The bird’s feet have just started to churn the water. There’s just a slight rippling of the lake’s surface from a breeze.
Talk about a decisive moment!!
The lake’s surface is like a painted backdrop. The body and wings have an interesting shape with head and neck showing a wonderfully graceful line.
Please consider this image for front page honors.
The Pink Lady Slippers portrait by @TNcasual or the fifth one in this thread is Hahnemühle-worthy. It's screaming to go to the front page. Cheers.
Many thanks, John-- that is too kind of you. I never thought I'd get one of my photos good enough to be nominated, Thanks also to @Bobby T and to @will focus. I apologize for the delay in responding (I've not been feeling well).@gecko Rashid's beautiful bush cricket shot, here:
