I saw this film on PBS' Imagemakers last night: Nuit Blanche. I really liked the B&W look to the 4 minute film, and then I learned it took a year to make. Arev Manoukian, Director

Interesting special effects. Maybe just a little too "CGI look" to the faces for me but still a nice short.
