After taking a COVID hiatus last year, the Renaissance festival is back. Being all out door and the fact that it is very easy to social distance there, my wife and I decided to go and check it out.

More from the 2021 Season. This time with the Nikon setups. Z6 and 24-70/4S and Z fc and 50-250.

When using the Z fc and 50-250, I purposefully did 2 things.

1) I worked in AF-C and Low continuous drive
2) I didn't chimp and put faith into the camera and that it would get what I wanted. I had no clue if I actually got a good shot until after I got home.
The Z fc did not disappoint as there were ZERO out of focus frames.

Very nice. We love Renfests.

When I lived in New Orleans, our post Thanksgiving tradition was too attend the Renfest in Robert, LA on Friday after the feast. Always great fun.

We tried the one in Baltimore after moving to Virginia, but it wasn't our cup of tea.
