I managed to go inside the front door and get lots of pictures in the Spring, the first time in 30 years that I've ever seen the doors open!

You should try to go during the Heritage Days - they will be upon us soon. They do guided tours. It's fascinating to see the misers candelabra in the old refectory

If you get there early enough you may even get in to see the chained library at the Royal Grammar School...
