On the Fence

Went out this evening with the X30 to a normally reliable location to try and get some wildflower pics in the late evening sun. The place had been recently bush hogged, so many of the usual flower patches were gone, and what was there was mostly dull from the extreme dry conditions we've experienced lately. A real shame, because this place usually glows with wildflowers this time of year.

Here's one at the same spot with the X-T1 and MD 28/2.8. The colors are a lot better since I kept the direct sun out of the frame.
