Painting - Digital Painting
Painter Essentials 5
I downloaded Painter Essentials 5 a couple of weeks ago & played with it ever since
This is the trial copy but I will be buying it – at £25 its excellent value
Not without its problems – not least is the lack of tutorials especially for cut and paste method of working – today I cracked it seconds before it cracked me.
This image may not seem much at first glance but represents a real milestone for me and I only hope I can repeat it more easily in time
The vase was painted in MS Paint a few weeks back prior to getting Painter Ess 5 – it was quite laborious and meticulous. (I actually preferred the paint version to the photo as it seemed to have more life). The background was done in P Ess 5 as well as the cut and paste with Sharp edges blend blurred a bit.
Pretty much a stage two development of the vase to form the base of another few ideas knocking around.
