Leica Panasonic 25mm 1.4 Summilux on E-PL1

Raid

All-Pro
I got a used 25/1.4 in M 4/3 mount a few days ago to get a good AF lens for quick snapshots on the go.

Hi Vince.
The Nocticron is an expensive lens at $1400, but it is a 85mm 1.2. I have a Canon 85mm 1.2L which I sometimes use, but I was really just looking for a 35mm-50mm AF lens for use during trips for quick snapshots.

So far, I like the 25/1.4 on my "old" M 4/3 E-PL1 camera.

It's a heck of a lens. And yes, whatever their limitations the 12MP sensor on the first batch of m4/3 cameras produced an awful lot of really good photos.

Do you mean that really good photos stopped being made with later M 4/3 cameras, or did you mean to say that once later models cme out, the 12MP cameras were dropped?
