Very nice- Roland was my inspiration for a series of 50mm F1.4 lenses converted to M Mount.

I went with the Pentax 50/1.4 Super-Takumar in M42 mount.

As per the Pop Photo test- it's best across the center 2/3rds, a good match for the M8.

Mine is the Pentax-M 50/1.4 SMC. How is it different from your 50/1.4?
It is not a Takumar as I stated in my first post above.
