I moved to a different town in August, and while I haven't been taking the camera out as much as I might, I have noticed that there's far less rubbish around.

I thought so, too, at first. But there was absolutely no one around. Maybe a group of joggers doing another round. But you're quite right, looks like they'd come back for another gulp. I was just astonished there was no one to see, absolutely deserted.

It's astonishing how many bottles are just thrown into the green after having been emptied.
One aspect of Urban Unquiet - Modern Dystopia: Usually they have disappeared within a couple of days due to those people collecting them who live at the bottom of our society. They have so little money in their purses that they have to make several rounds a day to collect glass and plastic bottles to get the bottle disposit in the supermarkets.
