...a member of the imported, intolerant layer of society(I hope this mention is politically correct) got rather furious and loud-voiced when I took this image. I told him its perfect and exactly what I want. This did silence him and he went his way obviously greatly annoyed.

At least someone has propped it up for everyone to see ... but I think it's been there for a couple of days at least now. It's only the handlebar that's missing - which can be bought quite easily ... If I still rode those scooters, I might even feel tempted to appropriate it ...

This place has been abandoned with a "For Sale" sign for at least the last two years. The location is a remote gravel road that dead-ends at the bike path I was riding. It's hard to tell from all the overgrowth, but there are numerous piles of neatly stacked building materials hiding in all that brush. I can only guess what might have caused construction to suddenly grind to a halt. It's a lovely location, and could have been a nice little home.
