Is this kind of furniture disposal in the free nature frequent in your country?
We have a means of disposal called "Sperrmüll" (bulky waste): you pay a little money for a ticket that tells you when to put it in front of your house to be collected by the waste disposal firm. But even that does not keep some people from disposing it "wild" as we call it somewhere in the surroundings.

Yeah, seems to be pretty common. Tip fee's aren't prohibitive, people just don't want to spend the money. They have what they call hard rubbish collections every so often -which are free, can't remember exactly what they will or won't take, so there's a few ways to get rid of your excess garbage.
