Here, there are massive fines for the supermarket when some anonymous shopper dumps one of their shopping trolleys!
I have always felt conflicted that it's not really legally justifiable to fine someone for someone else's actions.

I stitched my cousin's fingers together (accidentally!) with one. I was working the treadle, and he got his fingers in the wrong place. We were both about 8-10 y.o.

There are several places around town where you can get rid of electrical appliances ... putting them down next to the closest waste basket is obviously less fuss. I'm an abslutely peaceful and non-violent person, but I'd like to kick such people in their a..es.
