Fuji Problems after 2.01 X100 firmware update?!

Hi all,

Has anyone had any problems with the newly released 2.01 firmware on their X100?

I just installed the firmware and after what appeared to be a smooth installation my camera just doesn't seem to be behaving the same. Notably, the shutter sound is distorted. All other sounds seem to be ok. Am I overreacting or could this mean a failed update?

Check the volume for your selected shutter sound. Mine works great?

Mine just reset, so I had to set the camera up again. I agree with BAXTING, what you might be hearing is the shutter sound effect.

No problems here either - other than having to set the camera up again (but I see it as an opportunity to 'review' my preferred settings, and, anyway, its a two-minut procedure if you know what you want ;-)

No problems here. My try reset or redo the upgrade again.

Same here. My X100 shutter sound is fine after upgrading from 1.3 to 2.01.

The upgrade resets all your setting to the factory defaults.
