All the needed buttons work in their normal roles. I can do figure eights with the focus point using the arrow keys.&nbsp; I just can’t get the hidden menus appear with the elusive shutter count. It’s probably around 2500 or so but I can’t prove it.&nbsp; I also can’t put it up for sale since listing the shutter count is a sine qua non for sales of Olympus because you can in principle get to it.&nbsp; I just kinda stuck here. By the way,the camera works fine.&nbsp; I tried it out because I hadn’t used it in a while and everything is great for picture taking. All I can think to do tomorrow is to update the FW to 3.1 from 3.0 because I’m out of ideas.&nbsp;&nbsp; Why Olympus can’t just list this in their already voluminous menus is beyond my simple wit.&nbsp; Rant off.Thanks for reading.</blockquote>
