Often the tool you have the most knowledge is the tool that will work best for you.  That being said I use a number of tools.  If I am only working on the web or working with small prints Aperture is as good as it gets.  If I am printing large I tend to use photoshop as well.  In fact I almost exclusively use photoshop for my large final prints.
