In the past, I had plenty of dust issues with Panasonic point-and-shoots. Obviously they are not sealed very well. Every time I have disassembled the camera and removed the dust with my old trusty rocket blower.
Works like a charm every time. But disassembling a tiny camera with lots of sensitive parts is not for the weak of heart.
