I could resist the RX100 no longer. 3 years lurking, 1st post :)

Welcome - both to the forum, and to its 'collection' of RX100 users. I believe that there are current users of all three versions of the RX100 on this forum, so tips and advice should be readily available, if required.:)

Which model are you using?

Hi and thanks for the welcome. I have an original RX100. The price was just too good to pass up. Finally I have a replacement for my S95 (and my e-pm2 and at least two m43 lenses but that's another story).

I, too, have the original... and similarly, my RX100 supplanted my Canon s90. The Mk2 didn't tempt me, since the changes didn't add anything that I would have liked. However, the Mk3 adds a couple of things that I'd like  i.e. faster lens through the range (albeit a shorter range:(), and the EVF. I'm stubbornly trying to pretend otherwise, but I have a feeling that a Mk3 might soon find its way into my possession.

What a small world! Also a newcomer here, I replaced my S95 about 2 months ago with an RX100 (original/Mk I) for the same reason - the price drop due to arrival of the Mk III version.

I'm very pleased with results so far, yet have lots to learn on how to get the most out of this marvelous little camera - from macro to panorama modes.

Great minds etc. [emoji1]

My S95 saw off a few contenders but it can't stand up to this one.

Very nice... everything that I've ever seen or read about Budapest suggests to me that it's the kind of place that an enthusiastic photographer really should visit.:)

Thank you kindly. The RX100 just keeps on surprising me, this was taken with a Gorillapod wrapped around a railing and given a quick once-over in Snapseed.
Budapest is a great place to visit. The river with the bridges and beautiful buildings on both sides really makes for a grand view, both at night and during the day.

Edit.
Here's another one. From inside the St Stephen's Cathedral. An ultrawide lens would have been nice there, but then I'd probably need a Ricoh Theta to get it all :)
