If you know Moomins, then these are for you. These sculptures are made by Viktor Jansson, father of Tove Jansson, the author of Moomin characters, which are enormously famous and loved in Japan, as well as in Nordics. Viktor used Tove many times as model, this young mermaid perhaps also, but at least in another sculpture in another park. I could try to remember take a shot of that as well.
