Thanks, Keith! Seattle has been on our radar for a long time, and an open job position with my company finally made it possible. I came here as often as I could to photograph even when I lived seven hours awayGreat shots, Andrew! And belated welcome to town. I always love seeing my adopted hometown through someone else's lens.

Labrat has been one of the city's more prolific taggers for at least 5 years. I don't usually notice such longevity.
I had to bring something to a bank branch in Belltown for a client yesterday, 3rd Ave from downtown into Belltown is a really sad sight to see.Labrat has been one of the city's more prolific taggers for at least 5 years. I don't usually notice such longevity.

P.S. It's heartbreaking how our once vibrant downtown has been hollowed out.
Yeah, 3rd Ave has been bad for as long as I've lived here. It never really bounced back from the disruptions caused by the construction in the late 80s of the transit tunnel that runs under it.I had to bring something to a bank branch in Belltown for a client yesterday, 3rd Ave from downtown into Belltown is a really sad sight to see.
Downtowns becoming hollowed-out dystopias is nothing new, however. I've always thought the collective psychology of a society that generates this sort of thing is very odd: businesspeople heading to their high-level jobs while people at their lowest ebb sleep the sleep of pure exhaustion on the same street corner.
