Down in the far south west we even managed some hazy sunshine today. If things go to plan I might be living just over 2 miles away from this location later this year.

I went to the salvage yard today with my new X100, looking to capture some of the wonderful textures of decay, and when I turned on the camera I discovered I'd left the memory card at home in the laptop. So, once home, I took a short walk in the neighborhood looking for occasions to put my new toy to good use. Here's some of the results:
I'll be back sometime soon. I don't get 20 or thirty good shots in one visit, but five for the hour I spent there seems a pretty good clock to keeper ratio -- for me at least.
