I don't know whether this happens in any other countries around the world, but here, at every street light there are a variety of beggars
risking their lives weaving in and out of traffic. Either they hold up cardboard signs asking for donations, or they attempt to sell any number
of things (cheap hats, sunglasses, plastic toys) or else we have these people with big bags asking for any rubbish you might have in your car
in exchange for removing it they want money
