A truly lovely sense of light in all of these photographs.
I personally don't like the term 'capture' which seems in vogue among many digital photographers - but in this particular case, for me, in your photos, you have captured an elusive sense of both light and place.

I can't make out the markings but is that a distance marker? We have a couple in town that have survived all these years and they are small stone obelisks that look like that.

Those are called "Grenzstein" - marking village bounderies (I think they're actually called "boundery stones" in English). It's an old one - newer ones are hardly visible (GPS nodes marked with tiny brass plaques).

Luna Park, Sydney. Taken during lunch break. Funny place this, an amusement park that's been there since being constructed in 1935 but with recently gentrified apartment owners right next to it trying to get it shut down because of the noise.
