What settings do you use on these please? I have tried them out but can't decide.

Only you can decide what looks good to you. 
Try shooting an image in your typical setting using raw and then process the raw file to a jpg file in camera and vary the setting. Make sure the image has areas that are darker and lighter, so you can see the difference. That way you can compare on a single image what the results look like. You might want to make some prints at 8x10 to look at.
