I know what you mean but not only that, one doesn't tend to visit international hotspots in one's hometown, for example I've never been or have any intention of going to the Tower of London.I had very good meals there, but never enter in a room. I live too near to need to sleep there

If I have a chance to go to London, the Tower is the kind of place I would like to visit, for architecture and history...
Chateau Frontenac was built to be an hotel and don't have a so historic interest.
