I’ve been to Sacramento dozens of times, and somehow have never seen this 😂
I only noticed it myself when walking on the right hand side of Tower Bridge as you leave Old Sacramento (that’s an interesting bridge isn’t it). Drive and you miss it as the view is blocked. Look forward to your take on it when you next visit there!I’ve been to Sacramento dozens of times, and somehow have never seen this 😂
Hi, and you'll be surprised at what a little editing can do , I'm inherently lazy, and no tech wiz, but I use a basic editing suite like Snapseed , theres plenty to choose from, some are free to download like Snapseed, most are easy to use and have most things you need for enhancing an image , you could reduce the highlights , boost the backs or increase the contrast or whatever , just play around .Actually, I kind of like the blown out bit in the sunlight (though more control over it would be nice, at least in hindsight). I suppose at some point I should learn some of the technical stuff (I once, long ago, was a budding photographer with pretty good knowledge of relevant technical issues when film reigned supreme; then life got in the way). Anyway, here's the black and white...

Thanks, an iconic building. No matter how many times one goes to NY, there's always somewhere that hasn't been seen yet. I must see that place next time. The former TWA Flight Center now the TWA Hotel.

We knew we were going to land late so we booked an overnight stay there in a room with a runway view. You cannot hear the aircraft because of the thick glass. If your schedule allows, stay overnight. The rooms are less expensive than a hotel in Manhattan. Thanks, an iconic building. No matter how many times one goes to NY, there's always somewhere that hasn't been seen yet.
