This is St Peter ad Vincula Church in the village of Hampton Lucy in Warwickshire. It's Victorian Gothic Revival in style and was built in 1822. Despite having such a wonderful tower, it has only one bell. It was intended to be the tenor of a ring of eight, but the other bells and framework were never added, which speaking as a bell-ringer I find to be very sad! You can find out more about it here.
