Mr. Smiley from Amazon decided to surprise me early as I got my brown package earlier than expected. The S came in today. Here are some SOOC JPEGs of the first few frames from the X100S on this moonlit night in the south SF Bay. A bit chilly and cloudy out, but one thing that I've been dying to test on the X100S is how well the new auto focus engine works "in the dark".

The verdict...Fuji did it! Not once did it hunt. Press. Click. Focused. I'm a happy camper.

Thanks, Peter. I'm not sure of your shooting style - but I often do documentary style assignments that uses natural light...indoors. And I must say, the X100S is closer to my Nikon D3 in terms of her capability to focus in the dark. I'm really happy with it. Definitely should check it out! Cheers from the Bay - {h}
